Nursing Resources

This guide will tell which resources are available for your information needs to complete your assignments. It will also tell you how to identify and locate the resources

Introduction

Welcome to Young Library's Nursing Resources Guide!  Whether you are a traditional student or an online student, you have access to all of the resources that the library provides.

If you are a traditional student, please stop by the library and we will help you locate both print and online resources.  Physical resources can be scanned and pictures placed in a Google Drive folder for later use.  Electronic resources can also be stored in this Google Drive folder.

If you are an online student, please contact the library or the liaison listed on your Sakai site.  We can scan and email articles and book pages, we can ship physical books, and we can do instruction sessions face-to-face using tools such as Zoom and Google Hangouts.

I encourage you to contact the library whenever you need help.  All  3 librarians at KCU either have received their Masters through a totally online program or are currently working on their Master's in Library Science in an online program. We do not expect to hear from you only between 8am - 5pm.  Most students do homework in the late evenings.  If you are stuck, please stop by the library or contact us by email.

We are looking forward to working with all of you.
