Merry Christmas from all of us in the Library! We wanted to share with you one of the things that we enjoy the most ----BOOKS! Is there any other answer from librarians?
This year we wanted to focus on Appalachian Christmas stories. All of these titles are available on Open Library. Think of this guide as your virtual Christmas stocking and enjoy each title as you 'take it out of your stocking'! We have also included a few playlists of music from YouTube. Curl up near your stockings and relax!
Open Library works like your neighborhood library. Once you have an account, you can borrow books. They have a physical copy for every digitized book that is available to be checked out. Simply click on the blue “sign up” button at the top right, enter your preferred email and make a password, and you have access to many thousands of of print and audiobooks.
