A Reserve Form should accompany each unique item that a professor is placing on reserve. This Google form will allow both faculty and adjuncts to reserve items in the library from online. If you have any questions, please contact Janine Pelfrey (jrpelfrey@kcu.edu).
Once your form has been completed, please send an email to Janine to let her know that you have submitted a Reserve Item request.
