How to Schedule Your Personal Librarian meeting

(Please be aware that this works best using your kcu email)

To Schedule an Appointment:

1. Click on the link or paste it into your browser

2. Select a time slot on the schedule calendar and click on it.  This keeps anyone else from reserving that time slot
3. Check to make sure that your first and last name appear after the words “Personal Librarian Meeting” in the top box. If it does not, then please type your first and last name into the box.
4. Follow any instructions that appear in the description window..
5. Click on “Save”.
6. Check to make sure that the appointment appears in your Google Calendar
7. You will receive a confirmation email from Mrs. Enders.  The email will include the time of your appointment in EST, the date of your appointment, the person you will be meeting with, and the link you will need to enter the meeting. You can choose to click on this link at your appointment time, or you can show up at the library at your appointment time for a face-to-face meeting. Please read this carefully.  Sometimes there are time zone issues and this will confirm the time that the library is seeing.
8. Remember that you will need to use a device with a camera for this meeting if  you are meeting with us virtually and you will need to have Google downloaded on your device.
9. A reminder will be sent to you 10 minutes before the meeting if your calendar is set up with an alert.

Notes for Smartphone Users:

• You can use your smartphone to select an appointment time.
  • Copy and paste the link into your browser
  • Select your appointment time and continue to follow the directions above.
