Young Library is able to provide off-campus access to subscription
databases using an offsite proxy server. This will identify you as a KCU student.

To get to these resources go to http://www.kcu.edu/library
1. Select “Research” in the column on the left
2. Select “Databases” in the column on the left
3. Select the database that is of interest to you
4. When the authorization screen appears, type in:
a. Barcode/Password
i. This is the last six digits of your student ID number preceded by the letters “kc”.
ii. Example: kc123456
b. KCU PIN#
i. This is your first initial and your last name, all lowercase
ii. Example: jsmith
